We are located in a private home-based studio in Whitby, Ontario, near Garden Street & Rossland Road, easily accessible by car from HWy 401 / 407 / 7. To ensure the privacy and comfort of all our clients, the full address and parking instructions are provided in your appointment confirmation email.

Multiple local buses stop at Rossland Road, 5 mins walk from our studio.

We can pick you up from Whitby GO stations if you will be coming by GO bus or train. There are 3 GO bus routes coming from different areas in GTA in less than an hour from Toronto.

We value your time and ours. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee to cover the reserved time slot.

Permanent Make Up is semi-permanent as it is tattooed between the dermis and epidermis, the colour would fade in time with metabolism. Clients may need touch up after 18 to 24 months or longer. The fading time and level depend on skin and personal condition.

Tattoo are implanted into the dermis as a permanent pigmentation. Colour may slightly fade after several years and touch up may or may not be required.

Comfort levels vary from person to person, but we use soothing agents to ensure the process is as painless as possible. Most clients describe the sensation as a light scratching or pressure. Avoiding caffeine on the treatment day would help to ease the sensitivity to pain. Clients might also be more sensitive around the menstrual period but it would not affect the treatment result.

Pre-appointment initial consultation is required for our preliminary assessment. We will discuss the condition of your your specific skin type and the number of sessions likely required for your goals.

Please come without eye make up especially mascara and eyeliners, or remove it with oil-free eye makeup removers before the lash session. Please avoid to use oil products at least two days before the treatment day.

Depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare routine, results typically last from 6 to 8 weeks with a retention of 40 to 70%.

We recommend booking a touch up session, every few weeks for lash extensions and every 5 to 6 weeks for lash lift & tint, to keep them looking full and fresh. A completely new session will be recommended after 8 weeks or longer.

Safety is our absolute priority. We use medical-grade sterilization for all reusable tools and single-use, disposable needles for all tattooing and removal procedures. Our studio strictly adheres to Ontario health and safety regulations. The treatment room is sterilised before and after each treatment session.

Clients are required to change for indoor slippers and wash their hands upon arrival.

We recommend using oil-free eye make up removers with lash extensions for longer retention. However, cleansing oil is not forbidden but it would need to be rinsed off thoroughly from the eyelid.

Please avoid applying eye cream with lash extensions as it could remove the extensions in a few days. A sheer layer of water based or oil free serum or gel could be used with lash extensions.
